Scott came to my house to give me an estimate for an underground sprinkler system. He spent time explaining how the system works and how the company would be installing it. Scott was thorough and treated me as equally as he would a male home owner. I really appreciated that. This was one of the reasons I went with his company. The installation went smoothly and I look forward to a green lawn and beautiful flowers this summer and spring.

The company is professional and reliable. Even though we have not had many issues with the sprinkler system, any time we have had a question or issue, we received a quick response. I also like that they donate part of the annual maintenance fee to a charity. I would recommend this company for anyone interested in having a sprinkler system installed.

Scott is amazing, very professional. Didn't try to upsell or anything he just laid it all out for me. He even answered my call on his day off when I had questions. He was at a hockey game. Service has always been "spot on". Techs always arrive at the agreed time and date. Repairs have always been done correctly the first time. The techs have always been polite and professional.

Service, Service, Service. Excellent and quick response from the time they provided the quote to answering my questions. The way they answer the phone tells you that they are service oriented. Scott was great explaining and answering my concerns and Debbie was very accomodating when scheduling the installation. The insatalling crew were excellent, they came on time, they were organized, efficient, pollite and cleaned up after theydid the work. Carlos was great explaining the system and showing us how it work. Like I said at the begining, SERVICE, SERVICE and SERVICE.

Let’s start with a definite “FIVE STAR” rating! We had used them in July of 2019 to put in our sprinkler system. They did a wonderful job and their workers were very friendly. The owner, Scott, who came to give us our estimate was available the entire time. Fast forward to now (April 2022) and I can tell you that I would still give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Both Scott and Debra are always available. I had a problem and immediately they put Debra on the phone and she fixed what I needed and is having their men to come to my house to help me out. I wasn’t sure how to turn the app for my cell phone to the sprinkler system on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ‼️‼️‼️

Unlike a product, a service is one of the most difficult things to buy. Automatic Irrigation was the best company I have ever dealt with. The men were all with the company for years and years and worked together like a swiss watch. I should have done this years ago instead of hauling heavy hoses and sprinklers around the property. Scott was professional and available. The entire experience was easy and problem free.

Great service, year in and year out. The reps that are sent out are very knowledgeable and explain everything they do. Since the sprinkler system was installed it has worked flawlessly.

From the start, Automatic Irrigation were professional and courteous. They offered a very competitive price (the best by a good margin) and followed it up with high quality work. One of the technicians who did the install has been with the company for almost 30 years, and the care he and his crew took in installing our system showed. They took care of even the smallest details, like sweeping up the small debris from having to drill through the wall for the water line, and properly sealing the hole afterward. The controller and components used were of the highest quality. I could have paid more and still been happy, but again, even price-wise, they were the best. Please feel confident that you will be in good hands going with Automatic Irrigation. I am happy to recommend them to you.
