May 23, 2022Service, Service, Service. Excellent and quick response from the time they provided the quote to answering my questions. The way they answer the phone tells you that they are service oriented. Scott was great explaining and answering my concerns and Debbie was very accomodating when scheduling the installation. The insatalling crew were excellent, they came on time, they were organized, efficient, pollite and cleaned up after theydid the work. Carlos was great explaining the system and showing us how it work. Like I said at the begining, SERVICE, SERVICE and SERVICE.

May 23, 2022The company is professional and reliable. Even though we have not had many issues with the sprinkler system, any time we have had a question or issue, we received a quick response. I also like that they donate part of the annual maintenance fee to a charity. I would recommend this company for anyone interested in having a sprinkler system installed.

May 23, 2022Scott came to my house to give me an estimate for an underground sprinkler system. He spent time explaining how the system works and how the company would be installing it. Scott was thorough and treated me as equally as he would a male home owner. I really appreciated that. This was one of the reasons I went with his company. The installation went smoothly and I look forward to a green lawn and beautiful flowers this summer and spring.

May 23, 2022From the start, Automatic Irrigation were professional and courteous. They offered a very competitive price (the best by a good margin) and followed it up with high quality work. One of the technicians who did the install has been with the company for almost 30 years, and the care he and his crew took in installing our system showed. They took care of even the smallest details, like sweeping up the small debris from having to drill through the wall for the water line, and properly sealing the hole afterward. The controller and components used were of the highest quality. I could have paid more and still been happy, but again, even price-wise, they were the best. Please feel confident that you will be in good hands going with Automatic Irrigation. I am happy to recommend them to you.

May 23, 2022Let’s start with a definite “FIVE STAR” rating! We had used them in July of 2019 to put in our sprinkler system. They did a wonderful job and their workers were very friendly. The owner, Scott, who came to give us our estimate was available the entire time. Fast forward to now (April 2022) and I can tell you that I would still give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Both Scott and Debra are always available. I had a problem and immediately they put Debra on the phone and she fixed what I needed and is having their men to come to my house to help me out. I wasn’t sure how to turn the app for my cell phone to the sprinkler system on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ‼️‼️‼️

May 23, 2022Unlike a product, a service is one of the most difficult things to buy. Automatic Irrigation was the best company I have ever dealt with. The men were all with the company for years and years and worked together like a swiss watch. I should have done this years ago instead of hauling heavy hoses and sprinklers around the property. Scott was professional and available. The entire experience was easy and problem free.

May 23, 2022I've been using Automatic Irrigation for well over 15 years. The service is outstanding !!!! Debra has always been professional and friendly when taking care of my sprinkler system and service issues. She actually reminds me when it's time to open or close my system !!!! The required back flow tests are always performed and submitted timely. The technicians are knowledgeable and answer all my emergency calls in lightening time!!! I would highly recommend using them.

Automatic comes running.Their customer service policy is unreal ...... they are always AVAILABLE looking out for your best interest weather it is scheduling, pricing, or simply giving out sound advise. Today , customer service is almost extinct, but Automatic has real people to assist you in a polite, respectful and courteous manner.Hats off to the person who does their hiring. I have been dealing with Deborah Kahn for years. Deborah knows us by name, she is always helpful and although we are clients makes us feels like we are family.Brava to you Deborah , the entire Automatic staff for a job well done.

May 23, 2022Doing business with this company is a pleasure. They installed my system 20 years ago, and I never looked back. I see them twice a year when they open and close the system. They always come on schedule. They always send friendly, knowledgable technicians. Price is reasonable. Service is impeccable. Their trucks are clean and well stocked with everything needed to do the job. I give Automatic Irrigation my highest recommendation.

May 23, 2022Automatic Irrigation installed a complete system for me in 2011 replacing all of the previous lines and sprinkler heads. I have had an expanded service policy with them, and am very pleased with their service. The service technicians always show up for scheduled appointments and handle the few problems that I have had in a professional manor. Debra in their office is wonderful to work with and so are the other customer service people who answer the phones and make appointments.Dan

May 23, 2022I have been with Automatic Irrigation from 2015. I was ready to work on my lawn and needed quotes. Automatic came out promptly and provided an estimate of my needs with an understanding of room to grow/change. The other companies were not as thorough nor prompt with their estimates. I was impressed with their way of handling me as a new customer. I have made changes over the years as my landscape design has evolved. They have been opening my system every year and closing at the end of the year. Automatic Irrigation has worked with me over the years and provided great customer service and workmanship.

May 23, 2022Scott was very detailed in what we were going to expect when going through their service for in-lawn sprinklers. The installers were promptly on time and finished exactly on the time they anticipated to do so. Mauricio the chief installer even fixed electrical wiring that was found to be faulty for no extra charge.The in-lawn sprinkler system is a set it and forget it programming. Mauricio was able to explain it very well and programmed the sprinklers to myAlthough WiFi attachment was back ordered and yet to be installed, they were able to still proceed with the anticipated date of installation and reassured me that once the attachment is made available, they will coordinate to install.Automatic Irrigation has been in business for quite a while and their knowledge, quality of product, and professionalism are the reason why.

May 23, 2022I had an irrigation system installed. The whole process from sale and installation was superb. During the sales process all of my answers were answered in detail. Once I placed my order, an appointment was set up. There was always great communication between the company and myself. On the day of installation, the work grew arrived on time and explained to me exactly what they would be doing. After the completion of the installation, the technician performed a test run of the system and explained to me where the sprinklers where located. I am very happy and satisfied with the irrigation system and the performance of the company.

This time, I needed several problems solved and Frank and his helper Vic not only solved them but patiently explained to me (I am 90 years old) what they had done to make the system better.
